Reliance Pros is an online marketplace operated by Reliance Restoration Inc. The platform helps customers request home services and helps qualified professionals review, quote, accept, and manage jobs.

You agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and only for legitimate home service requests or professional service activity.

You may need an account to book, message, apply as a professional, view jobs, or manage records. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for the activity under your account.

We may pause, limit, or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information, misuse the platform, create safety concerns, or violate these Terms.

Customers may request hourly jobs, quote-based jobs, preferred pros, and site visits where available. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that a professional will accept the job.

Quotes, appointment windows, messages, photos, and job updates may be exchanged through the platform. You agree to keep communications respectful, accurate, and related to the service.

If a booking issue arises, customers and professionals should use the platform support and dispute tools. We may review booking records, messages, photos, invoices, and other available information.

Reliance Pros may help facilitate resolution, but we are not a court, insurer, arbitrator, or guarantee of any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Reliance Pros and Reliance Restoration Inc. are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Our role is to operate the marketplace. Independent professionals are responsible for the services they agree to perform, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
