Refund & Cancellation Policy

These draft terms are written for Ontario and Canadian launch planning. They are provided in plain English and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. This policy explains how cancellations, refund reviews, credits, and disputes may be handled on Reliance Pros.

Reliance Pros is operated by Reliance Restoration Inc.

Cancellation Process

Customers and pros should use the platform cancellation or support tools when a booking needs to be cancelled. Cancellation options may depend on job status, timing, travel, materials, and work already performed.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or changed job scope may affect whether charges, credits, or adjustments apply.

Refund Review

Refunds are not automatic or guaranteed. A refund review may consider booking records, messages, photos, invoice details, professional status updates, customer reports, and applicable law.

Reliance Pros may issue account credits, invoice adjustments, partial refunds, or other resolutions where appropriate.

Disputes

Disputes should be submitted promptly with clear details and supporting evidence. We may contact the customer, professional, or both parties to understand the issue.

Any refund or cancellation decision is based on the available record and does not limit rights that may exist under Ontario or Canadian law.
