We may collect customer account details, contact information, addresses, booking details, uploaded photos, messages, reviews, payment-related records, support requests, and communication preferences.

For professionals, we may collect profile details, service areas, work experience, WSIB information, insurance information, compliance documents, ratings, reviews, payout-related information, and application records.

How We Use Information

We use information to create accounts, process booking requests, match customers with professionals, manage quotes and messages, provide support, review disputes, improve platform safety, and send service communications.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform performance, service demand, and product improvements.

Photos, Messages, and Booking Records

Uploaded photos, chat messages, booking history, invoices, and support records may be visible to the customer, assigned professionals, and authorized Reliance Pros administrators where needed to provide the service.

Do not upload sensitive information unless it is necessary for the booking or compliance review.

Cookies, Analytics, and Preferences

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, preferences, platform performance, and analytics where configured.

You may adjust communication preferences in your account where available. Some transactional messages, such as booking and security notices, may still be required.

Canada Privacy Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, operational, and record-keeping requirements.
